The Shop Order Master provides a quick overview of the status of all operations and materials required on a shop order. The tree view displays the routing and structure graphically to provide a visual snapshot of the shop order status. In addition, the Shop Order Master is used to maintain existing shop orders and make changes to the order quantity, due date, status, priority, route, and bill-of-material. A shop order will automatically be created and displayed in the Shop Order Master for any bill-of-material component identified as a linked-sub-assembly in the Product Configuration Master.
