  Question: I receive a "Query Failed" error when I try to group or filter a field on the Sales or Shop Floor Pivot Table View.

Answer: The pivot table control used in Catalyst may require an update of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 PivotTable Services. PivotTable Services 8.0 is the OLE DB provider for SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services. The installation file can be downloaded by clicking the link under the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 PivotTable Services section of the web page.
